Welcome to Love of Houseplants! Our mission is to provide affordable beautiful high-quality houseplants, so everyone can appreciate the beauty of nature inside through indoor plants.

Our Shop
Our shop is a little tropical paradise with a huge selection of houseplants with exciting new stock arriving most weeks.

We currently offer over 100 different plant pots in all shapes, sizes, colours and styles from traditional to quirky. We also have a lovely selection of houseplant accessories and gifts.

We also design and create stunning houseplant planters, which are extremely popular for gifts.
​
We are located in the centre of the historical market town of Market Harborough.
You can find us within the indoor market where there are lots of unique shops, food stalls and award winning eateries.

Meet the Plant Enthusiasts
Meet the team behind Love of Houseplants! We are a husband and wife team who share a deep appreciation for the beauty and benefits of houseplants. Before embarking on our houseplant business I (Jo) had over 150 of my own houseplants with my husband (Chris) often saying to me... "as lovely as they are you cant buy anymore plants!!" So I had a brainwave..... I thought I will start a business selling plants, then he cant tell me off for buying more plants :)
Then one day Chris was walking through Market Harborough and came across Harborough Indoor Market. From here, everything moved on very quickly.
In April 2023 we decided to have a pop up stall on Fridays and Saturdays and give it a try for 3 months. We were blown away at the response from all of our lovely customers. A permanent shop unit became available within the indoor market and so we opened our little shop in September 2023. We are so grateful for all of our lovely customers we really wouldn't be here without your continued support.
